There are many excellent tools that Balrog (Boxer) has at his disposal in SSF2T, but the TAP proves to be one of the most unique and deadly in the entire game. While the move is relatively slow, it can be lethal when you know how to use it and how to charge it while still allowing Balrog to be a fucntional character.
