Blanka is a low tier character because of the many difficult matchups that he has to face in the SSF2T roster. The truth is that even with him being in serious disadvantage against some characters, he can be deadly in the right hands and some of the best Blanka players in the world have been able to make their presence felt with this character at top levels of gameplay.
Basic Terminology for tutorials
Jab = Light Punch = Button (LP)
Strong = Medium Punch = Button (MP)
Fierce = Hard Punch = Button (HP)
Short = Light Kick = Button (LK)
Forward = Medium Kick Button (MK)
Roundhouse = Hard Kick (Button (HK)
AP = Any Punch
AK = Any Kick

Note: Keep in mind that all special moves have 3 different levels of strength and each one will work better depending on the situation and the character the opponent is using.
Electricity
Horizontal Roll (yellow button means charge for roughly 2 seconds)
Vertical Roll (the motion is down, up, but charging down back is essential because it allows you to keep the charge for any forward charge moves)
Arched Roll
Hop (can be done forward and backwards)
Super – Ground Roll (you can hold it by not releasing the punch button you use to trigger it)
